What was the highlight of Trans International Hotel
Suitable for a late arrival and an early departure, but not for more than a night.
The ability to walk from the airport in 5-10 minutes was fantastic for those early morning flights. Although it didn't have a restaurant onsite, it was easy enough to walk next door to the Gateway hotel for a meal. And it was the most affordable for the short time we passed through. I spoke to the new operations manager who has only been there 3 weeks. He was reading through reviews and working on a hit list for improvements, including getting a cafe back up and running. I think consistency is key, better beds throughout and consistent cleaning.
The beds on our first visit were incredibly uncomfortable. springs sticking into you, that sort of thing. My son got lucky and had a comfy bed. And the fridge and TV didn't work in the first room we had. We stayed on our return flight out of there and had much better beds, although a bit smaller, and the TV worked. The bathroom was clean enough, but still had hair etc in the shower stall.

What was the highlight of Trans International Hotel
Didn't satisfy with my overnite staying
There was no breakfast. The single bed makes a lot of noise when moving during sleeping. The shower is not clean. The TV is not funtion. Towels are too small and not clean you can prove it if you put the towel to the light at nite. There is no WiFi at the room where we stay and also no telefone for communication. The water came under the door during the rain.

What was the highlight of Trans International Hotel
Disappointing
Photos don't tell the story of how terrible it is. Staff were friendly.
The beds were uncomfortable. The bathrooms were old, mouldy and broken. The staff and children were having baths in the pool, using hotel soap. The staff were playing pool until 1am and the noise travelled to all the rooms.

Not good at all
Not good. Very poor service
No cups, no wifi, no plates, no electric cattle, no glasses. No microwave owen. We really have to fight hard to get it from the staff
