Trans International Hotel ★★★★★

The room and bathroom was nice and tidy, enjoyed the balcony for fresh air and also the air condition was working great.

One major disappointment was the condition of the mugs provided in the room. It was evident that they had not been properly washed as there were visible stains and residue inside them. It seemed as though someone had simply put them back in the cupboard without bothering to clean them. This was quite off-putting and made me question the overall cleanliness standards of the hotel. Furthermore, another drawback was the lack of internet access. In today's connected world, having reliable internet connectivity is almost a necessity, especially for business travellers like myself. Unfortunately, the hotel did not offer any internet service, which made it difficult for me to stay connected and complete some important work tasks. This was a significant inconvenience and impacted my overall experience at the hotel.

There was no breakfast provided. Bed seems like had bedbugs. I was badly bitten. Was going to make a complain unfortunately at the reception at the time the person had very limited English so I just left it to that. Shuttle was expensive. Paid $10 dollars for such a small ride. Was not very happy about that

I like the location and the surrounding, environment especially the weather in Nadi. Last week was a great week for me to spend my weekend at your Hotel especially getting to spending long weekend with my Mother whom just retired from her long service in the Marshal Islands. It's really to be there at your hotel with my family.

Thank you. I stayed there for 4 days and I expect house keeping to come to our room everyday for cleaning. They can only come if I go out to them and request for something. I ended up in asking for a broom on our third day for us to clean our room. On our last day, I was asked by one, if we need our bedsheets. blankets and pillow covers to be change, I told that staff, thank you so much, because this is our last day and you asked us that question. I was expecting our Television in our room to be working but it was not.

The problem was the hotel was overbooked but Booking.com allowed us to still book but then moved us to a sister hotel which was not up to standard. I would have preferred to get a call telling us there was no room and giving us an option to cancel and book another hotel

Towels dirty and no WiFi in rooms

My parents was given room where the worker working in the next room and noisy all night. They could not sleep for all night.

There was no breakfast. The single bed makes a lot of noise when moving during sleeping. The shower is not clean. The TV is not funtion. Towels are too small and not clean you can prove it if you put the towel to the light at nite. There is no WiFi at the room where we stay and also no telefone for communication. The water came under the door during the rain.

No cups, no wifi, no plates, no electric cattle, no glasses. No microwave owen. We really have to fight hard to get it from the staff

I booked for a King suite with Spa Bath but my room did not have a Bath tub but its doesnt matter i was not going to use it anyway

Rooms are very dirty bedsheets and washrooms need to be cleaned in regular basis... had to change rooms 3 times Please clean your room properly, mostly the bed and bedsheets were very dirty and had yucky stains and the hit hot showers wasn't working in any rooms ... and the swimming pools was greenish color seemed like bacterial algae

Breakfast , lunch and dinner was not supplied, food was not available. Happy with the location close to airport access and for us to go and find food to eat. We find staff was friendly but not helpful due to luck of resources to provide professional hospitality. .

No house keeping service our rooms were left unattended not cleaned, no tv, the bathroom smelled like someone used the toilet on arrival. Music playing really loud at 3am in the morning coming from the main reception area. Pool was not accessible so we had nothing to obtain us while we were at the hotel
